Terms of use

Short version: the code is MIT licensed, it comes with no warranty, and you use it at your own risk.

The code

Every Aitofy package and blueprint is released under the MIT License. You may use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense and sell it, including commercially, provided the copyright notice and permission notice travel with it. The authoritative licence text is the LICENSE file in each repository on GitHub; if anything on this page conflicts with it, that file wins.

No warranty

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software or its use.

Use at your own risk

These are automation tools. You are responsible for what you automate. In particular you remain responsible for complying with the terms of service, robots directives, rate limits and applicable law of any site or API you point our tools at, and for the privacy of any data you process with them. A tool being MIT licensed does not make every use of it lawful or permitted by a third party.

This site

The content of this site is provided for information and may change or become out of date without notice. Version numbers and star counts are accurate as of the last build, not live.

No support commitment

These are open-source projects maintained on a best-effort basis. Nothing here is a paid product, a service level agreement or a support contract. Issues and pull requests are welcome on GitHub.
